Before the incident
Replenishment of 30 packs into the wells at Walmart. Felt pain and discomfort in left shoulder so switched to using right arm. Felt pain in right shoulder also but he worked through the pain that day and the following day. He noticed after a few days that the pain was not getting any better and it was overly painful to lift his arms to about mid chest. He thought it was no big deal but they have not felt any better and that is why he didn 't report it that [REDACTED] he thought the pain would get better.
