Before the incident
[REDACTED] had just started to clean One Day Surgery OR2. She placed mops at points in her room. She then walked to the opposite side of the bed when she realized she forgot to grab a rag form her cart and started to head back to the OR entrance.
What happened
While heading to the OR entrance she slipped causing her to fall landing on the right side of her body primarily her right hand. She stated that she could hear it pop when she fell. [ RIGHT ARM- PC ]
