Before the incident
Before the injury occurred I was assisting a patient with a non rebreather mask while my partner was trying to get the lights to stay on in the back of the ambulance.
What happened
During this process with the flashlight in my mouth and while speaking with the patient to maintain communication with them and also with my partner I felt my left front tooth chip on my flashlight and felt the piece in my mouth.
