On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] walked from the PCB coating station to the ECU TCU Team Leaders desk to ask a question. When [REDACTED] turned to walk away her right foot hit the filing cabinet located in front of the Team Leaders desk [REDACTED] fell hitting the floor the safety glasses [REDACTED] was wearing caused a laceration above [REDACTED]’s left eye.
