Medsurg transfering an ER patient from cot to hospital bed. I was pulling and while pulling the patient over I felt a weird roll in the back part of my shoulder it didn 't hurt at first very bad but after that while I was getting midnight vitals I felt a sharp pain and took a deep breath and it hurt not only to take a breath but also hurt in my shoulder.
