administering flu vaccine
What happened
Was administering a flu vaccine after completion closed the safety and put in sharps container. The employee was bleeding and I used a gauze to stop the bleeding with pressure. After bleeding was completed I placed a bandage on pt. and saw a tear in my glove with a small cut on my index finger under the tear in the glove.
