What happened
[REDACTED] was loading windows on a box truck on [REDACTED]. He did not realize the box truck was sitting slightly higher than the dock and tripped and fell into the truck. A [REDACTED] Twin fell on top of him. He strained his ankle and shoulder. I went with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] for post-accident drug test and treatment. Only has minor strains and was not taken out of work or given any medication. He has 3 follow up physical therapy appointments.
