What happened

Employee was unloading a vendor truck A Dyke door semi-truck. The employee and the vendor driver were starting to unload a [REDACTED] double exterior door toward the back of the truck. While they were navigating the door to get out of the truck there was cardboard on the floor of the vendor truck and our employee [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] slipped on the cardboard and fell. The door started to come down on [REDACTED] and the Dyke driver [REDACTED] and along with another BFS employee [REDACTED] worked to keep the door off of our employee [REDACTED].. [REDACTED] was able to then get [REDACTED] off the truck and onto the loading dock. [REDACTED] was called operations Manager and he rushed to the scene I also rushed to the scene [REDACTED]. When I arrived at the scene [REDACTED] was sitting on the loading dock in minor pain. I told [REDACTED] to go get his truck and drive it down into the warehouse so we could get [REDACTED] into the truck and get him to the emergency room asap. [REDACTED] arr
