What happened
employee was delivering order to customer at job site. Windows were loaded on rack during the unloading process employee unloaded part of order while attempting to unload one of the windows when door and windows behind fell forward. In attempt employee reached for window to stop from falling hand went thru glass pane. Glass pane broke hand broke glass causing laceration to right hand.
