He had been pulling the rest of his order

[REDACTED] was pulling for an order and he had 14 rows on his forks he had to add more to the ticket. He dismounted the forklift went to the bunk of lumber admitted that he admitted that he did not tilt his forks back to keep them from falling placed his right hand on the top of the bunk then a row from the forklift fell onto his right thumb. He got back on his forklift and put his pull on a loading rack and then he reported it to me [REDACTED] Safety Coordinator
