What happened
[REDACTED] was installing a garage door opener when he saw that the opener was too close to the door. [REDACTED] unscrewed the bolt and nut from the back hang that connected the opener to the ceiling and angle iron. After the bolt was removed [REDACTED] 's other hand was holding the garage door opener when the angle iron came down and hit and cut his left forearm.
