Before the incident
Clearing snow from packs of lumber
What happened
[REDACTED] was cleaning snow from lumber packs while standing on the ground. When he went to walk to the next pack he slipped and landed on his backneck area. We eventually goy him to the breakroom and contacted Axiom who recommended he go to the clinic. The clinic saw him and recommended he go to the ER because he had a bump that formed on his head. [REDACTED] told me he would drive himself to the ER. I then drove there to meet him and i waited around 45 minutes and he hadn 't shown up or returned my phone call so I left and returned to the yard to work on this paperwork.
