What happened
The EE was housekeeping behind building 800 the EE was allocating scrap wood into one pile when he had begun to walk down towards a slope his left leg had slipped on the dirt ground causing the EE to plant his right foot in an attempt to balance himself. However this motion had caused him to lose further balance twisting his ankle and ultimately falling down. The EE stated that his foot had twisted to the right as he was falling and stated to hear a cracking or popping sound as he fell. The EE was taken to a clinic where he was assessed with a fracture of upper and lower end right fibula.
