EE alleges [REDACTED] while walking into the building she tripped over a matt and fell on the R knee and hit her lip against the inside door on the edge of the door cutting her lower lip. EE states she is actively bleeding from the wound on the lip. Cut is 1 cm long wound that is an upside U shape that goes over the top of the bottom lip and says it is deep. EE reports at first she felt like she hit her teeth but does not have any symptoms to her teeth.
