FTE Initially Experienced soreness in shoulder after removing excess TPU from cores that were being set up on the extrusion winder on [REDACTED] FTE said some excessive force was used to remove the TPU from the double sided tape on the empty core this movment caused isitial soreness FTE then was tasked to help line operator with an task that made them lift there arm above 90 degrees this caused a pinch and for pain FTE was scheduled to leave early [REDACTED] and was unable to report the issue to a supervisor
