What happened
[REDACTED] was attempting to deliver the parcel to the customer. Upon opening the sliding door the DA step out of the van expecting a side step. Our rental vans do not have side steps attached to them. [REDACTED] fell forward and landed on his shoulder injuring him him on the left shoulder.
