Associate was picking in aisle 113 for DAY HUB on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] got his finger mashed between the box and his handle on the truck.

[REDACTED] was picking in aisle 113 when he thought the task was asking for one box and he actually picked the one box from the pallet and put the box on the floor base of the turret by the pedals. When [REDACTED] looked back at the computer he realized he needed the entire pallet of a total of 4 boxes for the task. [REDACTED] continued to pull the entire pallet to complete the task and he still had the one box on
