Fixing pallet that was damaged from inbound.

[REDACTED] was helping fix a pallet that came in damaged on an inbound. Her shoestring got caught on a nail sticking out on a pallet and tripped her. She fell to the floor and banged her knee. She reported it to supervisor. I checked her out and there was a red mark on her knee with minor swelling. I gave her an icepack and had her sit in chair and rest. I then notified [REDACTED].
