Employee was doing her last rounds last room was 305A she asked patient if she is ready to get up she said her shoulder and leg is hurting. Employee asked resident if she wants to get changed in bed she said no she wants up. Employee told resident that she has to help; got to help each other. When count down to 3 employee was pulling resident up and she wasn 't helping employee put her back down and told the resident again that she needs to help her They tried it again and still wasn 't helping. Employee started having low back and spine pain on the right side.
