What happened
Employee was loading barrels at Attica [REDACTED]. It had been raining and this created poor footing. As he was rolling a barrel into his bucket his foot slipped off the edge of the concrete and as he fell he hit his mouth on the bar of his bucket causing two of his teeth to get knocked out. He was able to recover one tooth but he was unable to recover the second one. He did not report it until he got back from his route at [REDACTED]. We called Medcore to get evaluated.
