What happened
EE was operating the UT grabbed the next tube put the plug into it and dropped it down on the wheels. He went too attach the nonmoving metal tube that had the ID plug inserted into and attached it to the tube that was rotating through the machine he said he missed the tube and hit his finger on the rotating tube.
