Worker was riding on top of harvester machine monitoring for debris build up and removing leaves twigs and vines when blower fans became overwhelemed.

As worker monitored machine for debris blockage the machine was turned off because too much debris was stuck in blower fans. The worker stuck his right hand into moving fans to remove debris and was injured.
