Moving a bucket of cream cheese
What happened
Employee had put a sheet pan on top of two garbage cans and was using it as a table. He grabbed the bucket of cream cheese placed on the top of the pan and was trying to move it into his left side of his workstation. While he was moving the cream cheese he noticed that the sheet pan was falling and he tried to catch it. It slipped onto the ground and he went to pick it up while he had the bucket of cream cheese in his other hand. He felt pain in his right shoulder when he stood back up.
