This email is to inform you that I received a call at [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] stating that [REDACTED] was injured. While setting up the blood drive she smashed her finger in the dolly. The team lead said that it was swollen at the knuckles and she was unable to move one of her fingers. I went to transport her to the emergency room but she left before I could take her.
