What happened
While doing 2 box audits [REDACTED] lifted a box of Alta off a skid and turned with his right foot planted on the floor. He was moving a box of stone from one pallet to another. When he did this he said he felt like he pulled a muscle and had pain on mostly the right side of his middle lower back. He also had some pain on the left side as well. [REDACTED] did have the pallet he was picking from raised so he was lifting in his power zone however he was transferring the box from side to side.
