What happened
Employee was working on the corner line and placed his right hand on the side and left hand on the back of the mold to push it down the line. His co worker behind him pushed his mold forward at the same time. [REDACTED] 's mold stop but the coworkers was still coming forward and pinched his left index finger. The result was a laceration of the skin and stiches.
