[REDACTED] backed his roll-off truck up to the sheet iron pile in [REDACTED] to dump his load.
What happened
Dumped load then the driver exited his truck with the box still in the air. He walked to the back of the truck but remained to the side of the box to remove a piece of pipe that was sticking out the end of the box and stuck. As he pulled on the pipe it broke loose and the driver fell into the mud landing on his right knee and ankle.
