What happened
TM was assisting in a plugged ash hopper after a boiler tube failure. this failure caused water and steam to get into the ash hopper. The TM removed the cap to clear the plugged area and steam and water blew out onto the TM 's right arm right side torso and legs causing burns. Ambulance was called to transport TM to hospital for Evaluation.
