Pulling out a dump truck that was stuck
What happened
EE was working to get a truck out at red hills when the front-end loader that they were using lunged forward. EE struck their forehead on the steering wheel. As the EE returned back to the mill they started to feel nauseous and had a headache. At one point the EE vomited and appeared to be disorientated. An Ice Pak was applied and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was called approximately [REDACTED] and arrived approximately [REDACTED]
