Loading a loader onto a lowboy trailer. Loader already on trailer during time of incident; putting on chains at the time.

While trying to place chains over a loader that was already on a Lowboy trailer the employee was in the process of mounting the lowboy trailer and didn 't see the mud flap in the way of his head. Resulting in his head impacting corner of mud flap and lacerations. Stitches provided.
