As maintenance was walking inspecting an issue with the lift station he stepped on manhole cover and the cover was not stable or set as it should and he fell into it and injured his leg. At the moment he does not want to go to the doctors but wanted to report it as it could be an issue for others including resident. Area will be cautioned taped until further resolution is completed.
