What happened
Employee was on a man Lift lowering guiding the unbolted drive chain guard down to be sanitized. While guiding the guard onto the man lift his finger (Pinky) was in a position in between the bottom guard flange and the man lifts top railing tube. At that point the guard flange made contact with his finger causing a small bleeding laceration inside his glove. The blue glove did not get damaged and there was no blood outside of the glove.
