Cleaning the production room.

The operator was in the process of disassembling the machine for wet wash. When the operator removed the auger from the shaft it slipped off his right hand and fell onto his left hand resulting in a cut on one of his fingers. This incident was reported to the temp agency supervisor who made the decision to send him to the clinic for medical attention.
