TM went to infeed and saw that the feed wheel had a broken bolt and part of the assembly had fallen. This caused the panel to not be fed into the sander. TM shut off the feed rolls button and the feed cycle start button. TM then reached over the rail and pushed the panel back onto the load on the feeder hoist. When the panel was pushed back far enough it cleared an eye that signals the feeder to cycle. The feeder then fed the panel forward pushing it back into TM 's hand. TM pulled his hand up and away from the moving panel striking a piece of steel and cutting the back of his hand.
