Associate noticed hazard light about 1 2 mile ahead on [REDACTED] Right line. Associate slowed down and as he got closer he realized the other vehicle had come to a complete stop causing him to slam on the breaks and steer sharply to the left. This caused the rear right side of the truck to hit the driver side tire and the truck to fall into a ditch
