Walking in loose gravel employee parking lot coming into work.
What happened
Walking down the the small incline on loose gravel in the parking lot and lost footing and fell. It was a hard fall causing a cut to left knee requiring multiple sutures laceration to left great toe closed using dermabond. Bruised left hip and abrasion to left elbow. Nothing was broken
