EE alleges she was walking to work on the cement and there was some grass and dirt coming out on the cement and when she stepped on the dirt her foot twisted and she fell on the cement landing on her entire R side hurting her R ribs and causing a R thigh bruise and a sprained L ankle. [REDACTED] EE woke up in excruciating pain and could not breathe. She was diagnosed with 3 cracked ribs and a L ankle sprain. EE alleges she has worsening SOB when she lays down and gets back up and vomited once.
