EE alleges while collecting blood samples and grabbed everything for the RPR testing for a patient the EE had gloves on and turned over the patient 's hand over grabbed his R finger and cleaned it and tried sticking him with a lancet the patient 's hands were cold and the area was close to his calluses so the EE checked to see if the lancet went through but her gloves covered where she was holding it and the lancet stuck her R thumb.
