EE alleges he was cradling the head of a patient to prevent patient from further injuries while the patient was having a seizure on the outside sidewalk and once seizure was over he noticed patient was bleeding from the back of her head and the blood had gotten into an unrelated cut that was slightly open on his hand near his cuticle which he could feel stinging.
