Down Stacking Dough

Incident Details The Team Member had just returned to work after being out for a month. During their first shift back they started feeling soreness but worked through it and self treated after work without reporting the incident to leadership. The following shift the Team Member was returning from their lunch break and went to down stack LG Dough in the dough cooler. Partway through their first stack of dough the pain increased to the point that they stopped their assigned task and reported to leadership.
