Employee was setting station to begin to work. As soon as she was adding the air hose to her nail gun it shot out the 2 1 4 nail.

Seal was missing of the nail gun. Tested the nail by supervisor with no nails in it and it kept on shooting. Video of nail gun was captured when it was being tested.
