Pallets were stuck on the conveyor on Cell#4 on [REDACTED]. Team member opened an access door reached in and pushed the pallets back while the conveyor was operating. Team member attempted to remove the part and pull their hand out but they were not able due to the hand being pressed by the pallets on the conveyor.

One (or more) of the pallets turned up on their side and the Team Member’s hand became stuck between the guarding and the pallets. The employee suffered a laceration to the right palm and required stitches.
