I was doing normal work activity was was moving pallets around using a Raymond Equipment (reach forklift) and once I stepped off I felt a sharp pain in my right achilles.
What happened
As I stepped off the [REDACTED] (reach forklift) I felt a sharp pain in my right achilles but it then went away quickly but [REDACTED] and through the rest of the day my achilles felt swollen and it was hard to bend my foot which made walking hard.
