Feeding wood panels into the [REDACTED] planer

A wood panel broke inside of the planer causing a portion of it to kick backwards. This set off a chain reaction into other panels being fed into the machine resulting in the outer most panel kicking back into the EE 's hand. Because the panels are fed butt to butt the anti kickback fingers were in an up position allowing backwards movement in the panels.
