What happened
A jam occurred between the inside and top cutting heads. EE hit the E-Stop in leiu of following LOTO procedures then proceeded to reach into the point of operation to try and clear the jam. EE 's right hand was pulled into the still moving inside cutter head smashing and lacerating the right ring finger.
