What happened
EE was sanding with hand held grinder. Then he needed to switch out for a grinding disk. The guard was not on the grinder when he was taking off the sanding disk to replace with a grinding disk. When he was putting the guard back on he bumped the trigger causing the grinder to kick back into his left hand. Unsafe act of employee - grinder was plugged in throughout changing of disks.
