team member was promoted to new position [REDACTED] possibly a week team member wanted to see ATC for soreness in elbow while taking her over her previous supervisor stopped me and asked what was going on when i explained he told me that she had been on light duty before for elbow issues i decided she would be the back up so i could limit her having to work the position dailty team member filed a complaint with my manager [REDACTED] that i was not allowing her to do her job i explained that it was a decision i made to protect the team member and the department [REDACTED] she was on light duty
