TM was washing a 4 deck trailer and hit his head against the ramp which is stored under the third deck while rinsing the second deck floor.

TM usually wears contacts lenses but he stated he forgot to bring them and was wearing regular glasses which he was not wearing at the time of the accident because the glasses fogged up.
