TM hit his head against the ramp which is stored under the third deck while rinsing the second deck floor TM stated he lost visibility after the impact everything turned dark. TM usually wears contacts lenses but he stated he forgot to bring them and was wearing regular glasses which he was not wearing at the time of the accident because the glasses fogged up. TM stated wasn 't feeling well and wanted to go the ER I told him that he was not allowed to drive himself I offered to take him to the ER but he called his cousin who came to pick him up to take to the ER and left at around [REDACTED].
