Pulling straps to tighten load
What happened
Driver made a delivery to a customer and unloaded HLOC box to remove the customers order. The driver was had reloaded the HLOC box but unknowingly placed the box over the strap used to tighten the load. The load shifted without the driving realizing which made the box fall off the trailer. The driver attempted to remove himself from the hazard but was unable to move quickly enough and the HLOC box fell onto the driver.
