Separating rolled sheets of plate that is standing up to be welded together for duct. EE was separating the plates from each with a pry bar to attach a plate clamp to it. He was pulling the prybar toward himself when the prybar slipped out and came back across his cheek and nostril causing a cut across slim part of his left cheek and his left nostril.
